All of our patterns are digital pdf files & as soon as payment is received, you can download your new pattern by visiting http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases and clicking on download.

Q: Will I need a special program to view my pattern?
A: You'll just need Adobe Acrobat on your computer. If you don't already have it, you can download it for free at https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

Q: Can I view patterns on my ipad/iphone?
A: Yes, you can. For Apple users just download the pattern to your device and open the pattern in 'ibooks'. For Android users, you'll need to download 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' from the Google Play store to view the patterns on your device/s.

Q: Once I have downloaded the pattern, can I make extra copies for my friends.
A: The pattern you have downloaded is just for personal use and not for sharing due to it's copyrighted status. If they are interested in purchasing a copy, send them to my instagram page where I often post coupons to use on my patterns.

Q: Do you offer refunds on your patterns?
A: Unfortunately because you receive your pattern instantly as a download, we are unable to offer refunds on our patterns once payment has been received. We always advise reading our listings carefully before making a purchase, to make sure you understand what you will be receiving. Q: Do you sell printed versions of your pattern?
A: At the moment we only sell digital versions, however we would like to offer them in the future (so watch this space).


Q: Can I post photos of the finished designs on a blog or social media.
A: Yes, we encourage it - we would love to see your finished design, all we ask is that you must include a link and credit to happystitchery.etsy.com - this however, does not apply to the downloaded patterns themselves, which are for personal use and can not be shared due to their legal copyright protection.

Q: I'm new to cross stitch & I'm not sure how to use a pattern.
A: I'm glad you've joined us! Don't worry cross stitch is a very easy craft to pick up - but to make it easier, with each purchased pattern we have included a beginners guide to get you started, you can also visit our YouTube channel to learn the basics of cross stitch tools and techniques as well as other embroidery types.
